1. HOW DO I SET-UP MY HUNGRY IN BALI APP?
*Download your Hungry in Bali App:
*Create your Hungry in Bali account by entering your Country, Name and Contact Email
*Enter your unique customer Access Code purchased from www.hungryinbali.com
2. WHERE DO I FIND MY UNIQUE. CUSTOMER ACCESS CODE?
*Your unique customer Access Code will be sent as part of your order confirmation to the email address you entered when purchasing Hungry in Bali on www.hungryinbali.com. You will find your unique customer Access Code as PDF attachment. It’s a 7 digit code beginning with: HIBXXXX
3. HOW DO I REDEEM MY HUNGRY IN BALI PRIVILEGES?
*Click on the venue you wish to redeem your privilege
*Click on REDEEM PRIVILEGE to open up your Hungry in Bali QR camera
*Ask the waiter to provide the Hungry in Bali QR code so you can scan it
*You will receive a privilege redeemed confirmation which you are required to show to waiter to redeem your dining privilege
*If you do receive an error or have any trouble with your QR camera, please ask your waiter to take down the number of your unique customer Access Code and they can enter it manually into the system.
*Please note, Hungry in Bali privileges can be redeemed as a one-time privilege only, so can’t be redeemed a second time. If you wish to buy a new unique customer Access Code, you can purchase again from www.hungryinbali.com.
4. WHEN DO THE HUNGRY IN BALI PRIVILEGES EXPIRE?
Privileges for Hungry in Bali expire on May 31, 2025
5. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN USE THE HUNGRY IN BALI PRIVILEGES?
Your unique customer Access Code is valid for two people. Four people can use 2 codes, six people can use 3 codes, and so on.
