The Five Senses of Wellness blends bespoke wellness sessions, cultural activities and culinary experiences with the purpose of assisting well-travelled connoisseurs to relax, reaching a new level of serenity and life balance.
Held between 9-12 June 2022, the wellbeing retreat will highlight a blessing ceremony performed by a local priest, yoga, Qi Gong, and the famed Raffles Serenity Ritual. Launched in 2019, the Raffles Serenity Ritual is part of Raffles Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to enhance the comfort of its guests and assist them in unwinding so they can achieve a peaceful night’s rest and wake up feeling rejuvenated.
Aside from this refreshing well-being journey, you can also look forward to an ‘ikat’ weaving village visit, where you can experience a cultural immersion of Indonesia’s traditional fabrics, as well as sound healing, an immersive Light, Sound, and Vibration treatment to awaken the human potential.
The well-being journey will evoke your five senses through physical activities, spiritual awakening and culinary journeys. Satiate your tastebuds with a series of dining offerings curated by Raffles Bali’s culinary team, from a leisurely breakfast by the beach, a casual seaside Loloan lunch, a welcome dinner at the al fresco Farm Terrace and the highly anticipated Rumari ‘s Discovery Dinner which will invite you to explore the distinct flavours of Bali from Amed to Kintamani.
