A family vacation at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort

DAY ZERO
We arrived in Phuket at 7:20 pm and to our delight, one of the team members from Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it, ready to take us to the hotel.
We made it to the hotel by around 9 pm and were warmly welcomed by the duty manager, who escorted us to our room. The room was spacious and luxurious, and we were glad to see that the cot we had requested was already in place. Even though the travels were smooth and only a short flight from Singapore, we were excited to get a restful night’s sleep.
DAY ONE
We woke up early and headed to Aqua restaurant for breakfast. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the laidback and relaxing atmosphere while we ate. One thing that really impressed us was the baby menu, where we ordered scrambled eggs, purée and fruit for the little one. It’s such a nice touch when a resort caters to its tiniest guests.
After breakfast, we were taken on a tour of the hotel by the General Manager. He showed us around the property and shared some interesting facts about the place. It was great to get an insider’s perspective. Afterwards, we had lunch at Edge Beach Club, and the kids enjoyed some leisure time. We played in the sand, went for a swim and took the kayaks out!
For dinner, we went to Tamarind restaurant, which served the best of seafood, Thai, and Western food. We loved the casual vibe of the place, and the food was amazing. We opted to dine at the restaurant, but in-villa dining was also an option.
DAY TWO
We switched things up on our second morning and instead of breakfast at Aqua restaurant, we enjoyed an amazing floating breakfast in our private pool. The kids loved the idea of having breakfast in the pool!
We had a lazy day planned, and spent most of the morning at Edge Beach Club and enjoying some pool time with the boys.
In the afternoon, we took advantage of the babysitting service and took the boys to the play centre while we indulged in a 60-minute soothing couples massage at the spa. The Sapparot kids club was a dream, not just for our boys but for us as well! It was nice to have a moment just to ourselves, knowing the boys were being well taken care of and having the time of their lives with all the toys, games and activities. They got to enjoy hands-on activities like paper mache and origami, and we got to relax at the spa. A win-win for all of us.
For dinner, we had the most amazing romantic setup on the beach. We were offered a babysitter to take the kids for the night, but after spending the afternoon without them, we both wanted them to share in this special memory, so we all enjoyed a delicious meal overlooking the lapping waves, babysitter in tow. It was the highlight of our stay!
DAY THREE
Our last day started with another delicious breakfast at Aqua restaurant. After that, we attended a presentation by David Martin at the Shark Nursery in the lobby. We learned all about Bamboo Sharks and how the Oceans for All Foundation and Pullman Phuket Panwa are working together to repopulate Bamboo Sharks in Phuket.
The last activity on our agenda was some beach time with the boys before checking out later that evening. We spent some final moments soaking up the outdoors, making sandcastles and playing in the waves. The perfect end to our perfect stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort.
It was family getaway we’ll never forget, and we will definitely recommend Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, whether that’s as a family, a couple or even solo!
