Puri Tirta Villas is a complex of three-bedroom holiday villas in Nusa Dua – Tanjung Benoa situated on the shores of a peaceful ocean lagoon just to the north of one of the most upmarket tourist area in Bali.
Puri Tirta translates from the Indonesian as ‘Water Palace’, a term which underlines the very essence of these waterfront Bali villas. The main buildings and the adjacent open-air pavilions, gazebos and terraces are surrounded by manicured gardens and plenty of water in the form of sky-blue swimming pools, decorative ponds and waterfalls, which bring relief from the tropical heat and add to the laid-back, carefree Bali villa holiday atmosphere. The guests of all these beachfront villas have access to the private pier with and the villas very own speedboat ready to take them on a tour of the nearby beaches, Turtle Island with its authentic little fishermen’s villages, or even on a fishing expedition out on the open sea.
Puri Tirta is the largest family-orientated Bali luxury villas near the main street of Nusa Dua and the many restaurants, shops, spas and five star luxury hotels like St. Regis and Conrad and their extensive facilities that make the area so famous.

VILLA SUNSET
The master bedroom is located on the upper level and enjoys the view at its best. It’s equipped with a king size bed and a marble-encrusted en-suite bathroom complete with a built – in closet, bathtub and two showers – indoor and outdoor.
On the ground level there is a spacious living room with the other two bedrooms adjacent – one with a king size bed, another with two king single beds. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a built-in closet, bathtub, and indoor and outdoor showers, and has a garden and pool access.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high quality toiletries, linen, towels and even hair-drier for your maximum comfort. Villa Sunset can accommodate up to 8 people (with extra beds).
VILLA ALAMANDA
The romantic master bedroom with its wooden floor and four-poster wooden bed is located on the first floor. The spacious en-suite bathroom is adorned with marble and offers both indoor and outdoor showers and a built-in closet.
The two other bedrooms are adjacent to the living room downstairs and were built with a family with children in mind. Both of them are en-suite, equipped with a bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers and a built-in closet, and enjoy the view of the pool and the bay. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a king size bed, another has two twin beds making it convenient for a family with children or a group of friends.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high quality toiletries, linen, towels and even hair-drier for your maximum comfort.
VILLA CEMPAKA
The master bedroom is positioned on the upper floor and accessed via an external staircase. The two guest rooms are situated on ground level and each is accessed via glass sliding doors, which open directly to the pool. The master room is furnished with a beautiful antique king-size bed, and an antique kartini chair/wooden chaise longue. The hanging lamps hang above the bed and the room is equipped with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a 40-inch satellite channel TV. The bathroom is the same as the downstairs bathrooms, with two washbasins and an outdoor shower open to the sky.
Guest room one features a merbau wood floor and is furnished with a queen-size, a chaise longue, bedside tables and lamps, its white walls decorated with a Balinese painting and a full-length mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a non-slip acid marble floor, twin washbasins, fitted wardrobes, and an outdoor courtyard fitted with a semi-open-air shower. Guest room two is similar in style, but without a TV, and with a high roof and a queen size four-poster bed draped in fresh white netting.

STAFF
- Villa Manager: Villa Manager is Mrs. Etna is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly and all the guest wishes are handled quickly and efficiently. Guests are welcome to come to Mrs Etna with any questions, comments or requests.
- Chef and Sous-Chef: An experienced chef looks over the team of butlers that cook and serve daily breakfasts for the villa guests, as well as ensuring the freshest pastries are baked for the daily afternoon tea. The rest of the time, the chefs are at our guests’ disposal
- Butlers: There are three butlers that are at your service for any matters
- Maids: Each villa has a dedicated maid responsible for keeping the villa clean and supporting the butlers in handling the daily tasks
- Gardener and pool man: Two gardeners and one pool man are responsible for looking after the gardens and pools, and will cause as little disturbance as possible
- Boat crew: Puri Tirta’s own motorboat is parked off the Puri Tirta Villa’s pier and always ready to go on a cruise under the supervision of our experienced captain Mr Wayan
- Security: Five security guards work in shifts to ensure your safety and security 24 hours
- Technicians: Two technicians are at your service to ensure smooth functioning of all electrical equipment.
- Drivers: Each villa has a personal car with an experienced English-speaking driver to take you around the island
IN-VILLA DINING
Guests are welcome to use the services of the villa chef throughout their stay, as much as required. Apart from breakfast this service will be charged separately along with the cost of ingredients. Puri Tirta has created a short menu including both European and Asian favorites, however, any special requests can be discussed with the chef.
If you are interested in joining the chef on a shopping trip you can start with an exploratory tour of the fish market in Jimbaran, located just a short drive away in your personal chauffeured car where the abundance of fresh fish and seafood at highly affordable prices will surprise and astound.
SPA
Guests of Puri Tirta Villas are welcome to enjoy a wide spectrum of spa treatments from Div Spa Salon. The owner of this traditional Balinese spa is Mrs Nyoman, a hereditary healer, previously one of the main spa therapists at the prestigious Bvlgari Hotel Bali.
Therapists come to the villas with all the necessary equipment and supplies, therefore, you are free to choose between a traditional Balinese massage with oils of your choice, hot stone massage, foot massage, natural scrubs, facials, hair masks, manicures and pedicures. Special treatments include royal Javanese Mandi Lulur, a three-hour spa treatment for the newlyweds. Spa treatments can be carried out in the privacy of your air – conditioned bedroom or in the poolside gazebo (gazebo is not available in villa Alamanda, however massage table can be placed near on the terrace by the pool).
Spa treatments produce best results when combined with recreational yoga sessions, and those can be arranged for you with highly experienced instructors right at your villa.

Puri Tirta Villas complex is located in the south of Bali, on the western side of the Tanjung Benoa peninsula and in close proximity from the luxury resorts, beaches and entertainment areas of Nusa Dua. The waterfront villas enjoy spectacular ocean bay views, allowing guests to watch spectacular sunsets right from the villa, and, when the skies are clear, the view of the sacred mount Agung.
Tanjung Benoa is a magnificent five kilometers long peninsula, which is much famed for its scenic views comprising beautiful coconut groves, white sandy beach, and incredible mountains. Today it is a popular resort area full of restaurants and cafes, spas and souvenir shops located less than two kilometers away from the villas. There are several beach clubs – Sakala, Tao, the de’Opera – that offer great facilities for a day trip (swimming pool, sun loungers, restaurants and bars).
