HOW TO GET TO SELONG SELO
The Lombok International Airport (or Bandara Internasional Lombok) is 27km from Selong Selo Lombok. Thanks to the new dual carriageway, it takes approximately 25 minutes from the airport to your villa.
Flying to Lombok is easier than ever with more airlines flying more frequently to the area. There are numerous domestic flights from Bali and Jakarta daily. The number of domestic and international flights to Lombok continues to grow.
DOMESTIC TRAVEL
It’s very easy to get to Lombok from Bali. It’s a 30-minute flight and fares start from around IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) or Rp. 300,000 (approx. USD $30) one way.
In Bali, flights arrive and depart at Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) Domestic Airport.
Direct flights from Jakarta to Lombok are available every day and are usually timed to connect with overseas flights.
Lombok is easily accessible from Jakarta, Bali, Jogjakarta and Surabaya and is an important connection for travel to the eastern islands, in particular, Sumbawa, Komodo and Flores.
Garuda, Air Asia, Lion Air, Travira Air, Batavia Air and Trigana Air all fly daily in peak season and can be booked via an agent or their websites.
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL
Carriers from both Singapore and Malaysia have recently increased the number of flights to Lombok given the increasing popularity of the area.
Singapore: Singapore Airlines subsidiary, Silk Air, have direct flights from Singapore 3 times a week.
Malaysia: In addition to Garuda, Air Asia now have direct flights from Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia to Lombok 7 times a week.
Hong Kong: Cathay Pacific has recently announced Lombok as a future destination. Until then, travellers can reach Lombok via any of the above destinations.
