Through the quaint alleys of Bali in the heart of Seminyak, only a stone’s throw away from Seminyak’s most delicious restaurants, Windu Asri Seminyak offers a tranquil and pristine environment. After time spent walking and exploring the many restaurants and shops on display, it was so refreshing to walk around the corner into the refuge of Windu Asri. A safe haven from the chaos and fun that keeps us all coming back to Bali. Not to brag, but Windu Asri Seminyak boasts some famous neighbours such as Ku De Ta, Potato Head, Mrs Sippy, Merah Putih, Barbacoa and of course old school favourite’s La Lucciola, Sarong and Sea Circus.

WINDU ASRI SEMINYAK – THE AESTHETIC
Windu Asri Seminyak itself is a crisp white, double story compound, with rooms scattered around the border of the property centred by a crystal blue pool. You will be amazed by day and dazzled by night as the lights shimmer off the pool tormenting the moonlight.
The villa has 4 dining locations, giving you and your guests a variety of options from formal air-conditioned dining, to outdoor dining and relaxed lounging. We had kids in our party, so we were delighted to see how many zones had been carved out of this paradise to simply chill and relax in the comfort of the air conditioned room in front of the huge 72 inch flat screen TVs, or lie on the luscious grass with a good book and watch the palm trees sway overhead.
As most holidays in Bali, Windu Asri Seminyak centre’s itself around swimming, the oasis of the pool is visible from every corner of the villa.
WINDU ASRI SEMINYAK – PRIVATE DINING
Windu Asri Seminyak – aka Mansion Asri – comes fully equipped with as many friendly staff as you would expect at a big end hotel solely for the comfort of just you and your guests. The 24 hour service is a relief for those that haven’t ventured away from a hotel holidaying into the island villa life. Windu Asri has the full array that many holiday makers have come accustom too. We arrived late and opted for a small supper of fresh spring rolls and calamari upon arrival, washed down with a robust selection of refreshing drinks from their extensive wine and cocktail menu. You can choose to eat in with silver service dinning, which is fantastic for a special occasion celebrated in the privacy of your own restaurant, great for a special birthday or anniversary, or you can venture outside to the many famous restaurants only a few steps from the front door.

Travelling with kids, the importance of staff is paramount, and Windu Asri Seminyak takes pride in setting the standard for well trained, warm and welcoming team members. The staff walked a fine line of professionalism and friendliness with perfection, knowing exactly when to play and prompt the children and when to give us the illusion of total privacy in this fully staffed 6-bedroom compound.

Windu Asri Seminyak is a true marvel in a very competitive holiday landscape. Perfect for a number of getaways from milestone birthdays, important anniversaries or simply with close friends and family. The joy of waking up with close friends each day and sharing the luxurious amenities while being waited on is something that a hotel cannot compete. Our Bali experience with family, friends and children was made complete due to our stay at Windu Asri Seminyak. Having a private paradise, in the centre of the place’s to be was so convenient and reassuring that we have already started to plan our next visit. Windu Asri gets our vote as being one of Seminyak’s best villas.
