Seasalt also sources seafood that is wild-caught from the waters around Indonesia, as well as sustainably caught seafood purchased through Bali Sustainable Seafood, a local supplier and partner. Hoping to restore tuna to its former abundance in the wild, Seasalt has taken yellowfin and bluefin tuna off its menu due to the plunging numbers of these fish in the Indian Ocean caused by overfishing. However, you can look forward to trying their fresh, decadent dishes made with skipjack, a local fish sustainably harvested from the waters around Indonesia.
